TRAINING CAMPS

Nexthill Coaching organises training camps and training periods in selected locations that are picturesque and ideal for sports training, such as Primiero, Livigno, Cadore and the Canary Islands.

During these stays, each athlete will have the opportunity to train in unique environments designed to stimulate technical, physical and mental growth.

THE PURPOSE

The camps are designed to address every aspect of running and trail running performance: from specific training to aerobic preparation, from muscle strengthening to managing uphill and downhill techniques.
We also work on race strategy, recovery and nutrition, offering a comprehensive and scientific approach.

NOT JUST PRACTICAL

In addition to training sessions, we offer theoretical training evenings, during which we will explore topics that are fundamental for athletes, such as VO2max, the correct use of poles, anaerobic threshold training and other strategies for improving performance.

Participating in a Nexthill training camp means enjoying an intense experience, immersed in nature, sharing a passion for running and trail running with other motivated athletes.
