TRAIL RUNNING

CLIMBING AND MOUNTAINEERING

Preparation for climbing and mountaineering requires a specific and targeted approach that takes into account strength, endurance and safety.

WINTER SPORTS

Cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering are strenuous winter sports.
